Short Biography

    I am the professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Changsha University of Science and Technology. I received the PhD degree in Computer Science from Central South University in 2022. My research interests include computational biology, bioinformatics, complex network analysis, machine learning and deep learning. I has published more than 100 technical papers in refereed journals such as IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Tsinghua Science and Technology, Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, and conference proceedings such as BIBM, ISBRA and ICIC.
